1. This Order may be cited as the

Performers' Protection Act, 1968

(Commencement) Order, 1968.

2. The 1st day of October, 1968, is hereby appointed as the day on which the

Performers' Protection Act, 1968

(No. 19 of 1968), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 19th day of September, 1968.
