S.I. No. 180/1968 - An Bord Gráin (Assignment of Additional Functions) Order, 1968.

1. This Order may be cited as the An Bord Gráin (Assignment of Additional Functions) Order, 1968.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 22nd day of August, 1968.

3. The following functions are hereby assigned to An Bord Gráin, namely, the purchasing and re-selling of home-grown oats.

4. For the purpose of fulfilling the functions assigned to it by this Order An Bord Gráin may—

(

a

) arrange for the purchase and re-sale on its behalf by agents of home-grown oats, and

(

b

) make such advances and on such terms as it thinks proper to its agents for the purpose of financing the purchase on its behalf of home-grown oats.
