1. This Order may be cited as the

2. The 1st day of January, 1968, is hereby appointed to be the day on which the
Redundancy Payments Act, 1967
(No. 21 of 1967), shall come into operation.
GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 21st day of December, 1967.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
The purpose of this Order is to appoint 1st January, 1968 as the day on which the
