S.I. No. 291/1967 - Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-Alcoholic Beverages) (No. 3) Order, 1967.

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) (No. 3) Order, 1967.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 21st day of December, 1967.

3. The Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965 (

S.I. No. 233 of 1965

), shall not apply or have effect in relation to—

(

a

) intoxicating liquor of any kind, or

(

b

) a non-alcoholic beverage of any kind, which is imported into the State.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order amends the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965, to exclude all imported intoxicating liquor and non-alcoholic beverages from the scope of the Order.
