S.I. No. 244/1967 - Harbour Rates (Sligo Port and Harbour) Order, 1967.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Sligo Port and Harbour) Order, 1967.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 4th day of December, 1967.

2. The Schedule to the Harbour Rates (Sligo Port and Harbour) Order, 1953 (

S.I. No. 369 of 1953

), is hereby amended by the substitution in the third column, opposite "Coal, Culm or Coke" and "Coal, Dust", respectively, of "1s. 3d." for "9d.".

3. Part 1 of the First Schedule to the Harbour Rates (Sligo Port and Harbour) Order, 1943 (S. R. & O., No. 43 of 1943), (which fixes maximum tonnage rates) is hereby amended—

(

a

) by the substitution at reference number 2 of "3s. 0d." for "2s. 0d.", and

(

b

) by the substitution at reference number 3 of "1s. 6d." for "1s Od."

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to authorise the Sligo Harbour Commissioners to charge revised maximum goods and tonnage rates at the Port of Sligo.
