S.I. No. 162/1967 - Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) Order 1966 (Revocation) Order, 1967.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) Order 1966 (Revocation) Order, 1967.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 31st day of July, 1967.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) Order, 1966 (

S.I. No. 103 of 1966

) is hereby revoked.

The Agricultural Wages Board, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by

Section 17

of the

Agricultural Wages Act, 1936

(No. 53 of 1936), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, and after due compliance with subsection (7) of the said Section 17, hereby order as follows:—
