1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963

, (Copies of Development Plans) Regulations, 1967.

2. A planning authority shall make available for purchase by the public printed copies of the development plan and extracts therefrom.

3. Where application is made to a planning authority by a member of the public for a printed copy of a development plan or of an extract therefrom the copy shall be issued to the applicant on payment by him to the planning authority of such fee as they may fix not exceeding the reasonable cost of making the copy.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of these Regulations is to require planning authorities to make available copies of their development plans and of extracts therefrom to the public at a price which does not exceed the cost of making such copies.

, (No. 28 of 1963) hereby makes the following Regulations:—
