1. This Order may be cited as the Home-Grown Wheat National Percentage for Cereal Year 1967-68) Order, 1966.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1967), applies to this Order.

3. For the purposes of

section 6

of the

Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1935

, the percentage in respect of the cereal year commencing on the 1st day of September, 1967, shall be seventy-five per cent.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Order requires licensed millers to mill 75 per cent. of their milling quotas in the form of home-grown wheat during the cereal year ending 31st August, 1968.
