1. (1) This Order may be cited as the

State Guarantees Act, 1954

(Amendment of Schedule) Order, 1966.

(2) The

State Guarantees Act, 1954

(Amendment of Schedule) Orders, 1957 to 1965, and this Order may be cited together as the

State Guarantees Act, 1954

(Amendment of Schedule) Orders, 1957 to 1966.

2. The Schedule to the

State Guarantees Act, 1954

(No. 9 of 1954), is hereby amended by adding " Church of Ireland Training College " to the bodies specified in the second column and inserting in the third column " £535,000 " in respect of that body.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order adds the Church of Ireland Training College to the bodies to which a guarantee under the

State Guarantees Act, 1954

, may be given, and limits the maximum amount of the guarantee to £535,000.

(No. 9 of 1954), hereby make the following order with respect to which, pursuant to that section, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House
