EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order amends the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965 to provide for an increase of 1d. per pint and ½d. per half pint in the retail prices of certain beer.

MAXIMUM PRICES (INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES) ORDER, 1966.

I, PÁDRAIG Ó hIRIGHILE, Minister for Industry and Commerce in exercise of the powers conferred on me by

section 20

of the

Prices Act, 1958

(No. 4 of 1958), hereby order as follows
