1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) (No. 4) Regulations, 1965.

2. The Exchange Control (No. 3) Regulations, 1965 (

S.I. No. 230 of 1965

), shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations extend to the Customs-free Airport the Exchange Control (No. 3) Regulations, 1965 (

S.I. No. 230 of 1965

).

The Exchange Control (No. 3) Regulations, 1965 exclude Rhodesia from the Scheduled Territories for the purpose of the Exchange Control Acts, 1954 to 1962.
