S.I. No. 191/1965 - Stock Transfer (Recognition of Stock Exchanges) Regulations, 1965.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Stock Transfer (Recognition of Stock Exchanges) Regulations, 1965, and shall come into operation on the 7th day of September, 1965.

2. Each of the stock exchanges specified in the Schedule to these Regulations is hereby declared to be a recognised stock exchange for the purposes of the

Stock Transfer Act, 1963

.

3. The Stock Transfer (Recognition of Stock Exchanges) Regulations, 1964 (

S.I. No. 5 of 1964

), and the Stock Transfer (Recognition of Stock Exchanges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1964 (

S.I. No. 22 of 1964

) are hereby revoked.
