1. This Order may be cited as the

Criminal Justice (Legal Aid) Act, 1962

(Commencement) Order, 1965.

2. The 1st day of April, 1965, is hereby appointed as the day on which the

Criminal Justice (Legal Aid) Act, 1962

(No. 12 of 1962), shall come into operation.

(No. 12 of 1962), hereby order as follows
