1. This Order may be cited as the Cork District Milk Board (Election day, 1965) Order, 1965.

2. The Interpretation Act, (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The 29th day of June, 1965, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Cork District Milk Board.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 4th day of May, 1965.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints the day in 1965 on which ordinary members of the Cork District Milk Board shall be elected. These elections take place every third year, the last election having been held in 1962.

CORK DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1965) ORDER, 1965.

I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Agriculture, in pursuance of subsection (2) of

section 11

of the

Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936

(No. 43 of 1936,) and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by that subsection, hereby order as follows
