1. This Order may be cited as the

Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935

2. The provisions of paragraphs (

) and (

) of subsection (1) of

section 17

of the

Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935

(No. 21 of 1935), shall cease to be in force as on and from the 1st day of April, 1964.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to suspend as from 1st April, 1964, the liability of creameries under the

Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935

, to pay levy on butter. A corresponding liability imposed by an Order under the

Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961

, will take effect as from the same date.

section 58

of the

Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961

(No. 1 of 1961), hereby order as follows
