1. This Order may be cited as the

Registration of Business Names Act, 1963

(Commencement) Order, 1964.

2. The 1st day of April, 1964, is hereby appointed as the day on which the

Registration of Business Names Act, 1963

(No. 30 of 1963) shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 2nd day of March, 1964.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints the 1st day of April, 1964, as the day on which the
