1. This Order may be cited as the

Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act, 1964

(Commencement of Section 5) Order, 1964.

2. The 5th day of December, 1964, is hereby appointed as the day on which

section 5

of the

Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act, 1964

, shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints the day on which

section 5
