S.I. No. 27/1964 - Butter (Prohibition of Export) Orders (Revocation) Order, 1964.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Butter (Prohibition of Export) Orders (Revocation) Order, 1964.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1964.

2. The Creamery Butter (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1949 (

S.I. No. 176 of 1949

), and the Non-Creamery Butter (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1962 (

S.I. No. 101 of 1962

), are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to revoke the prohibition on the export of butter imposed under the

Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935

. A corresponding prohibition is now imposed by an Order under the

Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961
