1. This Order may be cited as the Justice (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1964.

2. The several powers and duties of the Minister for Justice specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to Brian Joseph Lenihan, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Justice.
