1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) (No. 2) Regulations, 1964.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 9th day of October, 1964.

3. The Exchange Control (No. 2) Regulations, 1964 (

S.I. No. 215 of 1964

) shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.

These Regulations extend to the Customs-free Airport the Exchange Control (No. 2) Regulations, 1964 (

The Exchange Control (No. 2) Regulations, 1964 amend the lists of Scheduled Territories and of authorised dealers for the purposes of the Exchange Control Acts, 1954 to 1962.
