1. These Regulations may be cited as the Stock Transfer (Recognition of Stock Exchanges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1964.

2. The Schedule to the Stock Transfer (Recognition of Stock Exchanges) Regulations, 1964 (

S.I. No. 5 of 1964

), is hereby amended as follows

a

) " Scottish Stock Exchange " shall be inserted under " Oldham Stock Exchange ",

(

b

) " Aberdeen Stock Exchange ", " Dundee Stock Exchange ", " Edinburgh Stock Exchange " and " Glasgow Stock Exchange " shall be deleted.
