1. This Order may be cited as the Limerick Harbour Works Order, 1951 (Amendment) Order, 1964.

2. The works authorised by the Limerick Harbour Works Order, 1951 (

S.I. No. 168 of 1951

), shall be completed within fifteen years from the commencement of that Order.

3. The Limerick Harbour Works Order, 1951 (Amendment) Order, 1961 (

S.I. No. 115 of 1961

), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order extends by two years from the 21st June, 1964, the period for completion of certain works at Limerick Harbour.
