1. This Order may be cited as the
Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948
(Section 34)(Urban District of Dungarvan) Order, 1964.
2. On the seventh day after the date of this Order
Section 34
of the
Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948
shall come into operation in the Urban District of Dungarvan.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
The effect of this Order is to bring
section 34
of the
Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948
, into operation in the Urban District of Dungarvan. This section authorises a sanitary authority to grant to the occupier of land, or with the consent of the occupier to a camping organisation, a licence authorising the use, during a specified period of twelve consecutive months, of land for camping.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of
section 34
of the
Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948
(No. 3 of 1948) hereby orders as follows:—
