1. This Order may be cited as the Pigs and Bacon Commission (Nominating Bodies) (Pig Producers) (Amendment) Order, 1964.

2. The Pigs and Bacon Commission (Nominating Bodies) (Pig Producers) Order, 1961 (

S.I. No. 118 of 1961

), shall have effect as if the bodies specified in the Schedule to this Order (being bodies that the Minister for Agriculture considers to be representative of the interests of pig producers) were included among the bodies specified in the Schedule to that Order and Dairy and Pig Farms, Limited, were not so included.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order amends an Order made in 1961 declaring specified bodies, representative of the interests of pig producers, to be the nominating bodies for two ordinary members of the Pigs and Bacon Commission.
