1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 1964.

2. The Exchange Control Regulations, 1964 (

S.I. No. 51 of 1964

) shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations extend to the Customs-free Airport the Exchange Control Regulations, 1964 (

S.I. No. 51 of 1964

).

The Exchange Control Regulations, 1964 amend the list of territories included in the " Scheduled Territories " for the purposes of the Exchange Control Regulations, 1959, as amended by subsequent Orders.
