1. This Order may be cited as the

Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961

(Milk Levy) Order, 1963.

2. The

Dairy Produce Marketing Act 1961

(Milk Levy) Order, 1962, is hereby revoked as on and from the 1st day of June, 1963.

3. The rate of milk levy shall be 1·375 pence per gallon.

4. The said rate of milk levy shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1963.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order fixes 1·375 pence per gallon as the rate of levy payable to An Bord Bainne by every registered proprietor of a creamery or cream-separating station on milk purchased or otherwise acquired by him, other than from another such proprietor, on and after the 1st June, 1963.
