1. This Order may be cited as the

Holidays (Employees) Act, 1961

(Church Holiday) Order, 1963.

2. The 6th day of January, except when it falls on a Sunday, is hereby appointed to be a Church Holiday for the purposes of the

Holidays (Employees) Act, 1961

), in substitution for the 1st day of January.
