1. This Order may be cited as the

Cement Act, 1933

(Transport Works) (Railway) Order, 1938 (Amendment) Order, 1963.

2. The

Cement Act, 1933

(Transport Works) (Railway) Order, 1938 (

S.R. & O. No. 22 of 1938

), is hereby amended by the substitution for paragraph (1) of Article 8 of the following paragraph

"(1) The railway may be used for all purposes relating to—

(i) the business of the Company, and

(ii) the business of any subsidiary or associated company of the Company,

and for no other purposes".
