S.I. No. 192/1963 - Road Traffic (Weighbridges) Regulations, 1963.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Weighbridges) Regulations, 1963.

2. Where a road authority declare a weighbridge to be an appointed weighbridge for the purposes of the

Road Traffic Act, 1961

, they shall publish in at least two newspapers circulating in their functional area notice that such weighbridge has been so declared.
