1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Iron and Steel Products) Order, 1963.
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 5th day of February, 1963, and shall cease to have effect on the 1st day of May, 1963.
3. The duties of customs imposed by paragraph 5 of and mentioned in the Schedule to the Imposition of Duties (No. 128) (Customs Duties and Form of Customs Tariff) Order, 1962 (

), at tariff heading numbers 73.10 (A) (1) (

), 73.10 (A) (2) (

), 73.10 (A) (3) (

) (ii), 73.11 (B) (2), 73.11 (B) (3) (

) (ii) and 73.13 (B) (1) shall not be charged or levied.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order provides for the suspension of the Customs duties imposed by Imposition of Duties (No. 132) (Iron and Steel Products) Order, 1963 in so far as they apply to iron or steel bars, rods, angles, shapes, sections, sheets and plates of certain sizes.
