1. This Order may be cited as the

), is hereby amended by the substitution in Article 3 of " 31st day of March, 1964 " for " 15th day of July, 1963 ".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of the Order is to continue until 31st March, 1964, the validity of certain Orders made under

Section 14

(6) of the

Transport Act, 1958

, extending the redundancy compensation provisions of that Act to redundancy arising from schemes for the re-organisation of various Departments of C.I.E.
