1. This Order may be cited as the

Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1961

(Commencement) Order, 1962.

2. The 22nd day of January, 1962, is hereby appointed as the day on which the

Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1961

(No. 47 of 1961), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 12th day of January, 1962.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of this Order is to appoint the 22nd day of January, 1962, as the day on which the

Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1961

shall come into operation.
