STATE LANDS (WORKHOUSES) ACT, 1962 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1962.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of

Section 4

of the

State Lands (Workhouses) Act, 1962

(No. 8 of 1962), hereby orders as follows:—

(1) This order may be cited as the

State Lands (Workhouses) Act, 1962

(Commencement) Order, 1962.

(2) The

State Lands (Workhouses) Act, 1962

, shall come into operation generally on the 16th day of July, 1962.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this Thirtieth day of June, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Sixty-two.
