S.I. No. 73/1961 - Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (Nominations and Ballots) (Amendment) Regulations, 1961.

1. All the information requested on the Form must be given. Failure to complete the Form fully may invalidate the vote.

2. This Form must be signed by—

(1) the chairman, the secretary and two members of the committee of management of the society named in it, or

(2) the chairman and three members of the committee of management of the society named in it, or

(3) the secretary and three members of the committee of management of the society named in it,

and the descriptions of the persons signing it must be stated on the Form.

These Regulations prescribe a revised form of declaration of identity to be used by any society casting a vote in any ballot held in the year 1961, under
