1. This Order may be cited as the

Dairy Produce Marketing Act 1961

(Establishment Day) Order, 1961.

2. The 17th day of May, 1961, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961

(No. 1 of 1961).
