2. The Imposition of Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) Order, 1957 (

S.I. No. 268 of 1957

), is hereby amended by the deletion of the matter contained in the second, third and fourth columns of the First Schedule at reference number 8 in the first column of that Schedule.

IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (SHOT GUN CARTRIDGES) ORDER, 1961.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by

section 3

of the

Imposition of Duties Act, 1957

(No. 7 of 1957), and with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Shot Gun Cartridges) Order, 1961.

(2) This Order shall have effect as respects articles imported on or after the 3rd day of March, 1961.
