1. This Order may be cited as the

Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952

(Extension of Area of Application) (No. 4) Order, 1961.

ISB SI

2. The

Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952

(No. 1 of 1952), shall apply to the area comprising the counties of Cavan and Monaghan.

ISB SI

3. The

Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952

(Extension of Area of Application) Order, 1961 (

S.I. No. 21 of 1961

), shall cease to have effect.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is that the area of application of the

Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952

is extended to the counties of Cavan and Monaghan.
