S.I. No. 44/1960 - Imposition of Duties (No. 87) (Wool Wadding) Order, 1960.

1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (No. 87) (Wool Wadding) Order, 1960.

2. Section 9 of and the First Schedule to the

Finance Act, 1940

(No. 14 of 1940), shall, as respects articles imported on or after the 11th day of March, 1960, have effect as if the following subparagraph were substituted for subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (a) (inserted by the Imposition of Duties (No. 47) (Cotton Wool) Order, 1958 (

S.I. No. 206 of 1958

)) in the second column of that Schedule at reference number 9, namely

"(ii) wadding made wholly or partly of wool, cotton or man made fibres;"

Imposition of Duties Act, 1957

(No. 7 of 1957), hereby order as follows
