1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Aluminium Sheet, Strip and Foil) (Amendment) Order, 1960.

2. The Imposition of Duties (Aluminium Sheet, Strip and Foil) Order, 1959 (

S.I. No. 17 of 1959

), shall be amended by the substitution of "1st day of July, 1961" for "1st day of January, 1961" (inserted by the Imposition of Duties (Aluminium Sheet, Strip and Foil) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1959 (

), in paragraph 2.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides for the extension to 30th June, 1961 of the period of suspension of the Customs duty on aluminium sheet, strip and foil in excess of one fiftieth of an inch in thickness.
