1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1959.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day or April, 1959.

2. The Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1956 (

S.I. No. 56 of 1956

), is hereby amended by the deletion in Part II of the Schedule of " Rubber, natural including latex ".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to remove the control exercised by the Minister for Industry and Commerce on the export of rubber, natural including latex.
