1. This Order may be cited as the Greyhound Race Track (Appointed Day) Order, 1959.

2. The 1st day of February, 1959, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of

Section 21

of the

Greyhound Industry Act, 1958

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of the Order is to appoint 1st February, 1959, to be the day from which a licence from Bord na gCon will be necessary for the operation of a greyhound race track.

Section 21

of the

Greyhound Industry Act, 1958

(No. 12 of 1958), hereby orders as follows :—
