S.I. No. 72/1958 - Gas Fund (Contribution) Order, 1958.

1. This Order may be cited as the Gas Fund (Contribution) Order, 1958.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. The rate at which the contribution to the gas fund shall be payable for the year 1958 shall be three shillings for each million cubic feet of gas sold during the year 1957.

4. Such contribution shall be paid on or before the 30th day of June, 1958, by cheque or money order made payable to the Accountant, Department of Industry and Commerce, Kildare Street, Dublin.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order fixes the rate of the contribution to be made, for the year 1958, by certain gas undertakings, to the Gas Fund established under section 7 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920.

section 12

of the

Gas Regulation Act, 1928

(No. 24 of 1928) and

section 15

of the

Gas Regulation Act, 1957

(No. 26 of 1957) hereby prescribe as follows :—
