1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Wexford Harbour) Order, 1950 (Amendment) Order, 1958.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the twenty-eighth day of February, 1958.

2. The third column of the Schedule to the Harbour Rates (Wexford Harbour) Order, 1950 (

), is hereby amended by the substitution, opposite " Coal, Culm " and " Coke " respectively in the first column of the Schedule, of " 1s. 3d." for " 1s. 0d." inserted therein by the Harbour Rates (Wexford Harbour) Order, 1950 (Amendment) Order, 1955 (

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order permits the Wexford Harbour Commissioners to increase the rate chargeable on coal, culm and coke from 1/- a ton to a maximum of 1/3 a ton.
