1. This Order may be cited as the Bacon Sales Levy (Home Consumption) Suspending (No. 8) Order, 1958.
2. In this Order the expression " the Act of 1939 " shall mean the
Pigs and Bacon (Amendment) Act, 1939
(No. 35 of 1939) and subject as aforesaid, the words and expressions used in this Order shall be interpreted as if used in the Act of 1939.
3. It is hereby declared that no levy shall be payable under Section 35 of the Act of 1939 in respect of the month of September, 1958.
4. This Order shall come into force on Monday, the first day of September, 1958.
GIVEN under the Seal of the Pigs and Bacon Commission this 15th day of August, 1958.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
This Order provides for continuance, during the month of September, 1958, of the suspension (in operation for many years past) of levy on home-market sales of bacon.

Section 35
(2) of the
Pigs and Bacon (Amendment) Act, 1939
(No. 35 of 1939) the Pigs 1 and Bacon Commission hereby orders as follows :—
