1. These Rules may be cited as the Industrial Property Rules 1927 (Amendment) Rules, 1958.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Rules.

3. The Sixth Schedule to the Industrial Property Rules, 1927 (

S. R. & O. No. 78 of 1927

) (inserted therein by the Industrial Property Rules, 1927 (Amendment) Rules, 1955 (

S.I. No. 116 of 1955

) is hereby amended—

) by the insertion after item 3 of the following item

" 3A. In respect of each copy specification in excess of one put in under section 152, as amended by

section 7

of the

Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) (Amendment) Act, 1957

(No. 13 of 1957), with a claim for priority of date
