1.—The following subsection is hereby substituted for subsection (2) of section 2 of the Exchange Control Act, 1954

“(2) This Act shall continue in operation until the 31st day of December, 1962, and shall then expire.”

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Exchange Control (Continuance) Act, 1958.

(2) The Exchange Control Act, 1954, and this Act may be cited together as the Exchange Control Acts, 1954 and 1958.
