1. This Order may be cited as the River Lee Hydro-Electric Scheme Approval Order, 1949 (Amendment) Order, 1957.

2. The sum of £4,500,000 is hereby prescribed as the maximum sum to be advanced for the purpose of carrying out the Scheme approved by the River Lee Hydro-Electric Scheme Approval Order, 1949 (

S.I. No. 321 of 1949

).

3. The River Lee Hydro-Electric Scheme Approval Order, 1949 (Amendment) Order, 1955 (

S.I. No. 44 of 1955

), is hereby revoked.
