1. This Order may be cited as the Hiring, Hire-Purchase and Credit Sale Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1957.

2. This Order shall be construed as one with the Hiring, Hire-Purchase and Credit Sale Order, 1956 (

S.I. No. 46 of 1956

).

3. The maximum period of payment provided for by paragraphs (1) and (2) of Article 4 of, and the First Schedule to, the Hiring, Hire-Purchase and Credit Sale Order, 1956, is hereby increased in the case of pedal cycles from one year to one and a half years.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order amends the Hiring, Hire-Purchase and Credit Sale Order, 1956, by increasing the maximum period of payment in respect of pedal cycles from one year to one and a half years.
