1. This Order may be cited as the Fertilisers, Feeding Stuffs and Mineral Mixtures Act, 1955 (Commencement) Order, 1957.

2. The 1st day of January, 1958, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Fertilisers, Feeding Stuffs and Mineral Mixtures Act, 1955 (No. 8 of 1955), shall come into operation.

Explanatory Note.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16 of the Fertilisers, Feeding Stuffs and Mineral Mixtures Act, 1955 (No. 8 of 1955), hereby order as follows
