1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 95) Order, 1941 (Revocation) Order, 1957.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 31st day of December, 1957.

3. The Emergency Powers (No. 95) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O. No. 312 of 1941), is hereby revoked.

Explanatory Note.

The effect of this Order is to revoke as from 31st December, 1957, the Emergency Powers (No. 95) Order, 1941, which is being replaced by similar provisions contained in Section II of the

Milk and Dairies (Amendment) Act, 1956

EMERGENCY POWERS (NO. 95) ORDER, 1941 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1957.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the

Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946

(No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows
